What exercise are others doing?

I do aqua fit or water walking sometimes 7 days a week unless I have garden club or flower judges forum.

  1. I had joined the local YMCA and did both cardio and strength exercises. After contracting COVID-19 in April, 2025 at Disney World, for the second time (first was August, 2022), I lack the motivation to return.

    1. None, always tired.

  2. I love yoga and pilates along with aquatic exercises.

    1. That sounds like the perfect work out I should try too. Having neuropathy myself it is hard to find a workout that is not so painful on my legs. Thank you for sharing
