What are your goals this year?

🎉 Happy New Year, NASHDisease.net community! What lifestyle changes or goals are you working towards this year?

  1. To lose at least ren more pounds, and to really and truly get off the salt and sugar. It's been so hard.

    1. Get off ALL red meat and fatty foods. The diet is hard, but I'm losing weight slowly.

      Can I just say that diet soda sucks!?
