What are your goals this year?

🎉 Happy New Year, NASHDisease.net community! What lifestyle changes or goals are you working towards this year?

  1. Implementation of the Mediterranean Diet and increase physical activity to reduce my weight.


  2. WHY NO diet drinks.. ???? I drink about 1 or 2 diet sodas (little ones) a week.. I studied nutrition long ago... I TRY to eat some veggies, fruit, protein, ea. day. I do NOT drink enough water, ever.... I had a TAlL LEAN bro. died age 60 from non alchoholic cirrosis of the liver ... family gene??? I recognize the symptoms I have in my dad when he lived.. (died age 70) Long ago.. sad sad.


  3. TOO SURVIVE THIS DISEASE

  4. Do a clinical trail and lose 20 more pounds. I have lost 33 pounds so far but I have arthritis and still very fatigue so I don't do much exercise
