What are your goals this year?

🎉 Happy New Year, NASHDisease.net community! What lifestyle changes or goals are you working towards this year?


  1. WHY NO diet drinks.. ???? I drink about 1 or 2 diet sodas (little ones) a week.. I studied nutrition long ago... I TRY to eat some veggies, fruit, protein, ea. day. I do NOT drink enough water, ever.... I had a TAlL LEAN bro. died age 60 from non alchoholic cirrosis of the liver ... family gene??? I recognize the symptoms I have in my dad when he lived.. (died age 70) Long ago.. sad sad.


    1. TOO SURVIVE THIS DISEASE

      1. Do a clinical trail and lose 20 more pounds. I have lost 33 pounds so far but I have arthritis and still very fatigue so I don't do much exercise

        1. To lose weight quickly!
