What are your goals this year?

🎉 Happy New Year, NASHDisease.net community! What lifestyle changes or goals are you working towards this year?

  1. I’ve lost about 7 pounds since I received my diagnosis in early April. I want to lose at least 15 to 20 more. Doctor told me losing 5 to 10% will help a lot. I will be seeing my PCP in July so I will get new numbers then. My gastroenterologist said see you in a year which seemed weird to me. But my PCP is great and is really involved in my care overall.

  2. Lose weight. I also have edema in legs , so it's hard to lose weight !

  3. To lose at least ren more pounds, and to really and truly get off the salt and sugar. It's been so hard.

    1. Get off ALL red meat and fatty foods. The diet is hard, but I'm losing weight slowly.

      Can I just say that diet soda sucks!?
