What are your go-to recipes?

Diet and nutrition plays an important role in managing NASH. Do you have any go-to recipes you keep on hand? Share with us below, and feel free to include a picture if you have one!

  1. Lots of fruits and vegetables, less red meat and white rice and potatoes. No more eating out unless I can get "clean" foods. It's hard. Had to give up sugar and salt (the loss of salt has been the hardest, but I'm finding that I've gotten pretty used to it.

    1. skinless boneless chicken baked, steamed vegetables, salad, fredh fruit for dessert.
