Eating between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. (6 hour window). Starting to eat in the Mediterranean style, basically low carb, low processed foods.

Eliminate sugar & starchy carbs unless whole grain
Pretty well. I was in the clinical trials for Resmetirom (Rezdiffra) and now that it’s FDA approved I’ve been able to get back on it.
