What lifestyle tips have helped in your liver health journey? From diet to exercise and other life hacks, we want to know what works well for you!

  1. Gave up alcohol, sugar, fatty foods, starting eating more fruit and veggies. Met with a nutritionist to help me know what my options are as far as food and snacks.

    1. Limit processed foods

      1. Eating between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. (6 hour window). Starting to eat in the Mediterranean style, basically low carb, low processed foods.

      2. Eliminate sugar & starchy carbs unless whole grain

        1. Pretty well. I was in the clinical trials for Resmetirom (Rezdiffra) and now that it’s FDA approved I’ve been able to get back on it.
