Gave up alcohol, sugar, fatty foods, starting eating more fruit and veggies. Met with a nutritionist to help me know what my options are as far as food and snacks.

Eating between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. (6 hour window). Starting to eat in the Mediterranean style, basically low carb, low processed foods.
