Diagnosis

Hello everyone. It’s true that it’s a marathon not a sprint. Two years ago I had a ct scan in er due to virus and pulmonary issues(asthma). They INCIDENTALLY found four enlarged lymph nodes mid chest. That’s what started the journey. Suddenly I’m on a treadmill of more tests including being sent to the Cancer institute at CCF a world renowned Cancer research center. Well…3 months later after mutiple more tests and different docs No cancer. Thank God But then last year again I had a Cat scan when hospitalized for Influenza A ! That’s when they saw liver disease. So blown away. Now in November ,two years later, I ended up in ER for lightheadedness and low heart rate. Now having lots of arrhythmias, extreme lethargy daily itching all over! Plus a liver scan and Ultrasound last week showing MASH - stage 3 cirrhosis.
I’m keeping hope alive for my two adult kids and future grandbaby.
I’ve got to turn this around in my head nearly daily as I search for knowledge. Also i stated painting on my I pad and sending pics to family. I walk n long hall with my rollstir if I don’t go out which is a lot lately. Too tired. God Bless those that have to go thru this. Keep prayer in your life but stay close to your fam and besties. You need them❤️

  1. Thanks Kimberly. When we write it or say it out loud it gets smaller and more manageable. Your words were encouraging. I do appreciate it. I’m trying my best but God knows I’m having a couple days here and there so I let it out in tears for few minutes then I go back to me. ♥️😄
