Clinical Trial
My liver doctor wouldn't call my insurance to get the medication approved. She said she was getting with her team to set me up with a clinical trail and someone would be calling me. I haven't heard anything and when I called her office leaving a message about this, I was told it can take up to 48 hours to get your call back. Well it's been 72 hours and no call. I feel they are extremely unprofessional and I can't deal with them.
thats really frustrating. I’m sorry you’re having to deal with that. It feels like such an unnecessary additional struggle to have to constantly follow up.
