Feeling down,overwhelmed, scared of all the things to be done. Future bleak need help

  1. all of the feelings and emotions you are going through right now are valid, so many others have been where you are. Be gentle with yourself, and take it one day, even one hour at a time. Little by little start chipping away at that list of things to be done, remember to breathe and know you’re not alone. We’re here to support you through this.
