Diet and nutrition

Trying to find information on diet & nutrition. Getting the diagnosis a couple months ago has been hard to deal with. Am overwhelmed by all of it

  1. Difficult It is hard for me to cut out fast food and sugar .I have periods of doing well on my diet, eating like I should, then something happens, some health crisis or family thing, and next thing I know I am back to burgers and fries!

    1. we hear you! It can be challenging to maintain healthy eating habits when we’re dealing with additional stresses. You’re not alone, and our community is here to support you. 2. Hello Lucy. I'm Tina, and recently diagnosed as Stage 4 Cirrhosis. My best suggestion is to tell your doctor everything you notice whether you think it's related or not, and if they don't push to give you tests, keep talking to them until someone listens. Thank goodness for my current doctor putting up a fight to get all the testing required. Also, tell them everything you notice, even things like loss of smell and itching. Those can be symptoms also.
