Diet and nutrition

Trying to find information on diet & nutrition. Getting the diagnosis a couple months ago has been hard to deal with. Am overwhelmed by all of it

  1. Hello Lucy. I'm Tina, and recently diagnosed as Stage 4 Cirrhosis. My best suggestion is to tell your doctor everything you notice whether you think it's related or not, and if they don't push to give you tests, keep talking to them until someone listens. Thank goodness for my current doctor putting up a fight to get all the testing required. Also, tell them everything you notice, even things like loss of smell and itching. Those can be symptoms also.

      1. I had a liver transplant almost 11 years ago. I take prograft every morning and every evening, I am doing great.

        1. Was so surprised. Not a drinker...meaning it is called non-alcoholic cirrhosis. I an having major stomach aches but no one thinks it is from cirrhosis . No answers. Always trust me it okay. I am so tired.
