Louise has been diagnosed with numerous health conditions over the last ten years, starting with fibromyalgia, a chronic pain condition. Which then Started a domino effect with her other illnesses, including type 2 diabetes, under active thyroid, degenerative disc disease, NASH stage 3 and arthritis in her back, knees, hands and hips.

After having to give up her career as a make-up artist, due to her chronic illness, Louise began documenting and sharing her story online. She has since built a community that she helps guide and reassure.

In her spare time Louise likes to draw, spend time with her cat stretch and dog Luna. She also enjoys making yummy vegan food and sweet treats, and spending time with family and friends.
